Pre-release

August 365 Toolkit

A Windows desktop app for Microsoft 365 administrators. A dashboard of tiles, each one a single admin task: onboarding, offboarding, licenses, group membership, mailbox access, message trace, sign-in checks and more.

Audit trail by default

Every change the app makes is written to a local log you own.

Runs on your tenant

App-only Microsoft Graph access with permissions you grant. No telemetry, and nothing is sent to us unless you turn on error reports.

Built-in help

Every tile explains what it changes and what it cannot undo.

Make it yours

A look for every admin

More than a dozen themes recolor the whole app, from a plain standard-Windows look to something you would not mind staring at during a long maintenance window. The playful touches live in loading messages only. Warnings and confirmations are always plain.

Standard Windows look. Light, neutral, no humor.

A look inside

Tools that explain themselves

Every tile is one task with the buttons and notes you need. A few of them, from a test tenant with synthetic data:

Unused Licenses. Spot paid licenses nobody is using, with 30, 60 or 90 day thresholds.
Subscription Watch. Every subscription, soonest renewal or end first, so a trial never lapses by surprise.
Message Trace. Did it arrive? Search up to 90 days of mail by sender, recipient and status.
Create User. A new account from scratch, from a template, or by copying an existing user.
